The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The nearby tram stop and bus stations provide easy access to various attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, with a pleasant view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
The lack of English communication posed a challenge when trying to communicate our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. The staff were so sweet and helpful, making my stay even better. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to public transport. Within a 5-minute walk, I could reach a big shopping mall, grocery shops, cafes, and even the metrobus stop. The breakfast offered was also quite tasty.
